We are your Authorised Representative for Packaging in France

Under this article, an Authorised Representative is now mandatory for all non-French producers, regardless of the EPR waste stream. All Producer Responsibility Organisations (PROs) responsible for packaging in France have confirmed this legislative change and are obliged to verify that producers requiring registration have appointed an Authorised Representative in France.  

If you place packaging on the French market and do not have an Authorised Representative contract in place, you may no longer be compliant with the French law. This might lead to invalidity of your existing packaging registration in France.

• You complete the registration form for France. This is available on request.
